How it works
● Referral fees for permanent placements are paid after the 56-day rebate
period with their new employer.
● If the same candidate is referred by more than one person, the first ‘referrer’
will qualify for the fee.
● The candidate cannot be referred if already known to Search People (has
previously applied to Search People, are registered on the database, or have
made themselves known to the business in any other way).
