We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced committed Fire Consultant to join a leading Consultancy working in this busy and varied role. The role will be supporting our wide portfolio of clients across various sectors with your knowledge of Fire Safety. The role is home based with visits to clients onsite when needed.
Duties include
Undertake fire risk assessments & fire door inspections.
Provide quality & technical monitoring through the BAFE SP205 scheme
Provide technical advice and support to other consultants within the business.
Increase the company profile by writing technical articles, speaking opportunities and bid involvement.
Building a relationship with your client base providing advice and support as and when required.
Experience & Qualifications
Accredited Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment Qualification.
Recent knowledge of legislation and approved codes of practice, guidance, British Standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Member of a professional Fire Safety body, e.g. IFSM, IFPO or IFE
Proven experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments in a range of properties.
Experience in consultancy services (desirable)
Able to work in a team and independently.
Registration on a Fire Risk Assessor Competency Register (desirable)
